Dr. Merrell places your implants under comfortable sedation — extractions, grafting, and implant posts all in one visit. You leave the same day with a beautiful set of temporary teeth that look great. You are never without a smile.

Follow-Up & Final Teeth
After approximately 3 months of healing, we fit your permanent custom zirconia arch — your new smile for life, backed by our written warranty.

Snap-in dentures are made of plastic — they clip onto a few implants but are removed every night for cleaning, and they still move and flex during the day. Our All-on-4 prosthetics are made of durable, high-strength zirconia and are permanently fixed to your implants. Zirconia is far stronger, more natural-looking, and more resistant to staining and cracking than plastic. Our teeth never come out of your mouth on a day-to-day basis. You brush and care for them just like natural teeth. No adhesives, no nightly removal, no slippage — ever.
All-on-4 full arch restoration is generally not covered by dental insurance. However, single dental implants may have partial coverage depending on your plan — we'll help you verify your benefits before your procedure. We offer financing through both CareCredit and Proceed Finance, allowing convenient monthly payments. Financing is subject to credit approval based on your credit score. Same-day teeth is the goal — and for the vast majority of our patients, that's exactly what happens. Dr. Merrell will place a full set of provisional teeth the day of your procedure so you're never without a smile. In rare cases, anatomy or bone conditions may require an adjusted timeline, which Dr. Merrell will discuss with you during your consultation. After a healing period of approximately 3 months, your final custom zirconia prosthesis is fitted and permanently secured.
Oral sedation is included with all All-on-4 procedures at Park Street Dental — so you are completely comfortable throughout. For patients who want a deeper level of sedation, IV sedation by a licensed anesthesiologist is available at an additional cost. Most patients report far less discomfort than they anticipated, and Dr. Merrell takes great care to ensure your experience is relaxed and stress-free from start to finish.
